Google Analytics
Maple Frost uses Google Analytics 4 to understand website traffic and how visitors use the site. The analytics tag may collect information such as pages visited, session activity, approximate location, browser and device information, and may use first-party cookies such as _ga to distinguish users and sessions.
How analytics information is used
Analytics information is used to understand site performance and improve website content and navigation. Google processes analytics information as a service provider under its own terms and privacy practices.
Your choices
You can restrict or delete cookies through your browser settings. Google also provides a browser add-on that can disable Google Analytics measurement.
Contact form
When you submit the contact form, Maple Frost receives the name, email address, enquiry details and message you provide. The information is processed by the website’s Azure-hosted contact API and delivered through Maple Frost’s IONOS email account. It is used to respond to your enquiry and provide requested customer service.
Contact messages are retained in the Maple Frost email account only as long as reasonably necessary for the enquiry, customer service, record-keeping and applicable legal obligations. Do not include passwords, payment-card numbers or other unnecessary sensitive information in the form.
In-person purchases and service
Information provided to arrange an appointment, complete a purchase or request warranty service is handled according to Maple Frost’s operational and legal obligations.
