90 days
Maple Frost warranty
Each refurbished or pre-owned Mac sold by Maple Frost includes a 90-day warranty. The final written policy must still define the warranty start date, claim eligibility, available remedies and detailed procedures.
The 90-day warranty may address eligible hardware faults that arise during the coverage period under normal use. Covered components and available remedies must be defined in the final written terms.
Typical exclusions may involve accidental damage, liquid exposure, misuse, unauthorized repair, software issues or cosmetic wear already disclosed in the listing. Maple Frost must approve all exclusions.
MacBook batteries are consumable components. Any minimum health threshold, battery-specific coverage or replacement criteria must be confirmed; no battery guarantee is currently stated.
The condition grade and description should define the cosmetic state accepted at purchase. Disclosed scratches, marks or dents may not qualify as defects under the final policy.
Return eligibility, authorization steps, time limits, restocking rules and refund timing are not yet confirmed. The return policy will contain the controlling details.
Read the return-policy placeholder →Customers should document visible package damage and contact Maple Frost promptly. Exact reporting deadlines and remedies must be established in the final shipping and warranty policies.
